"Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Boat Booking. "Service" refers to yacht charter, sales, and management services. "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our services.

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and payment of the required deposit.
• The standard deposit is 50% of the total charter fee, with the balance due 30 days before the charter date.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the charter date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date are non-refundable.

• The client must provide accurate information about the number of guests and their requirements.
• The captain has the final authority regarding safety and navigation decisions.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in writing.

• All our yachts are fully insured for charter operations.
• The company's liability is limited to the amount of the charter fee.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or misconduct.

The company is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or government restrictions.

We're committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
