Boatastic provides yacht charter, sales, and management services. Our services include but are not limited to luxury yacht rentals, yacht sales, yacht management, and concierge services for maritime experiences.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breaches of security.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

All payments for yacht charters, sales, or services must be made through our designated Payment Service Provider (PSP). We do not store or save any customer financial information, including credit/debit card details. Our PSP securely handles all payment processing, ensuring that your financial information remains protected and confidential.

• Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• Refunds will only be processed if the service or charter has not been accessed or used.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request does not meet our refund policy criteria.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Site is the property of Boatastic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall Boatastic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Boatastic will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
