We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled booking: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: No refund
2Refund Process
All refunds are processed through our payment processor, Magnati, and will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Submit your cancellation request through our website or contact our customer service
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
3Weather-Related Cancellations
In case of adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe to proceed with the booking, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
4Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to either reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.
